Permanent Jewellery FAQs

Can I personalise my jewellery?

Absolutely. You can personalise your jewellery by choosing from a selection of beautiful charms and connectors. If you have a specific design in mind, simply contact me before your appointment and I’ll do my best to source it for you.

Can permanent jewellery break?

Although permanent jewellery is designed for everyday wear, no jewellery is completely indestructible. If your chain catches on something with enough force, it may come apart to help prevent injury. If this happens, simply get in touch and I’ll be happy to advise you about rewelding or repairs.

Can children have permanent jewellery?

Children are welcome by appointment, although I recommend contacting me beforehand to discuss age suitability and ensure the appointment is appropriate. A parent or guardian must be present during the appointment.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes! Gift vouchers are available and make a thoughtful gift for birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas, Mother’s Day, or any special occasion. The recipient can enjoy the full personalised permanent jewellery experience and choose a piece they’ll truly love.

Do you offer group bookings?

Yes. Group bookings are perfect for birthdays, bridal parties, baby showers, anniversaries, or simply creating matching jewellery with friends or family. Please get in touch to discuss your group size and preferred date.

Can I book more than one jewellery piece?

Of course. Many clients choose to have multiple bracelets, an anklet, or a matching set during the same appointment. Simply let me know when booking so I can allow enough time.

What should I do before my appointment?

Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the area where your jewellery will be fitted, and if you have a particular charm or connector in mind, please contact me beforehand so I can check availability.

What if I’m nervous about having permanent jewellery?

You’re certainly not alone. Many first-time clients feel unsure before their appointment, especially when they hear the word “welding.” I’ll guide you through every step, answer any questions, and never rush the process. If you’d prefer not to have your jewellery permanently welded, clasps are also available.

Still Have a Question?

If your question hasn’t been answered here, I’d love to hear from you. Feel free to get in touch via phone, Facebook or Instagram, and I’ll be happy to answer any questions before you book your appointment.
